This allows us to process and fulfill your order. You have the option to withhold personal information that is not required for the order process.

Delivery Time

Any order including abaya or jilbab will take 10 days standard shipping or 4 to 5 days for express shipping.

Taxes &Customs

Abayas-Hijabs.com is not liable for any additional cost like customs duty and/or taxes due to buyer's country regulations.

 We ship to any destination worldwide.

Express Shipping:

·         Carrier: FedEx courier service.

·          Delivery Time: USA & Canada ( 4 to 5 days), Europe (3 to 4 days), Far east ( 4 to 5 days), Latin America and Africa (5 to 7 days), Middle East (3 to 4 days).

·         Minimum weight charged 1.1lbs / 500 gram even if parcel is less than 1.1lbs / 500 gram.

·         All parcels are registered.

·         Online tracking is available.

Standard Shipping:

·         Carrier: (EMS).

·         Delivery Time: USA & Canada ( 10 to 14 Days), Europe (10 to 14 days), Far east ( 14 to 18 days), Latin America and Africa (21 to 28 days), Middle East (10 to 14 days)

·         Minimum weight charged 1.1lbs / 500 gram even if parcel is less than 1.1lbs / 500 gram.

·         All parcels are registered.

·         Online tracking available.

SHIPPING COST                            

Cost of shipping is calculated by order weight (weight of items in shopping cart combined together), destination and type of shipping (Express or standard).

RETURNS

You can return any product for any reason for a refund within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days, no returns will be accepted, or refunds will be allowed.

Returned items must be in original unused mint condition, in the original packaging. You will be refunded what you paid and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received the returned package. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase next day of receiving your return.

VERY IMPORTANT Please Contact Us before returning your order to give you Return Address otherwise returns may not be received.
